Job SummaryXpera is seeking a Claims Adjuster Trainee to join our team. As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you will be responsible for investigating, adjusting, and examining multi-line claims in a mentorship environment. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop the skills required for a successful career in claims.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and manage claims, ensuring appropriate coverage is in place
- Review coverages, limitations, warranties, and requirements
- Prepare documents and mandatory forms as required
- Manage a case load of claim matters in compliance with KPIs and SLAs
- Manage reserves, payments, and financials
- Provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders
- Ability to obtain an adjuster's license
- Previous experience in a related field, such as builder or construction, is an asset
- High attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities
- Proven organizational skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
