Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Technician to join our team at Truck Point Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our commercial transport fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with truck systems, including engines, transmissions, and braking systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle lifespan.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of manufacturer specifications and industry best practices to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
