Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Parts Sales Representative to join our team at Waterside Holdings Ltd. As an Automotive Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling automotive parts and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Quote Prices: Accurately estimate and quote prices for automotive parts, including credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Prepare Sales Contracts: Oversee the preparation of sales contracts and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale or signed contract, ensuring their satisfaction with the products and services provided.
  • Identify and Solicit Potential Clients: Identify and solicit potential clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of MS Office and other relevant computer applications.
  • Security and Safety: Undergo a criminal record check and maintain a clean record.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Possess a cellular phone and other necessary tools and equipment.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, organization, and teamwork.

Requirements
