Senior Analyst in Problem Resolution

Become a part of Interac Corp., a leading entity in the evolution of the digital economy across Canada. We are in search of a Senior Analyst specializing in Problem Resolution to enhance our Operations division. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective management of significant issues, focusing on thorough post-incident recovery and proactive strategies to reduce recurring incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the lifecycle of major issues to mitigate financial and reputational risks
  • Conduct post-incident evaluations
  • Lead root cause investigations and develop remediation strategies
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications and ensure smooth escalation processes
  • Promote Continuous Service Improvements (CSI)

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in IT operations
  • 2-3 years of experience in leading the resolution of critical incidents and problems
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and relevant certification
  • Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
  • Collaborative mindset with a keen eye for detail
