About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
    • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Human Resources
    • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
    • Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
