Job Summary

FRANK FALBO. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Assistant to join our team. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will provide essential support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary requirements and preferences.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train for the role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Setting

As a Caregiver Assistant, you will work in the employer's/client's home, providing one-on-one support and care. Optional accommodation may be available at no charge on a live-in basis, but this is not a condition of employment.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Repetitive tasks may be involved.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
