About the Role:

S I Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Deskside Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT equipment and software to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user computing support, including desktop maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and support audio-visual equipment in conference rooms, ensuring high-quality presentations and events.
  • Offer printer support and ensure efficient printing operations.
  • Install, test, and deploy Windows OS images to LM Canada systems, guaranteeing smooth system deployment.
  • Ensure IT practices align with S I Systems' security standards.
  • Accurately maintain inventory of computer hardware and other IT equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting audio-visual equipment and software for conference rooms.
  • Eligibility for secret clearance with the Federal Government.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Community college diploma in a related field (technician).
  • Experience providing IT support in a production environment, beyond general office IT.
