Since 1978, we have been committed to providing high-quality, person-centered support through our residential, individualized, and community-based services.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate support worker to join our team. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals and live independently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and guidance to individuals in achieving their life goals
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Accompanying individuals on community outings, including volunteering, employment, and leisure activities
  • Maintaining accurate records of daily activities and goal progression

Available Positions

We have three available positions:

  • Permanent Full Time: Friday 3:00pm - 8:00pm, Saturday 4:30am - 8:30pm, Sunday 12:00pm - 8:00pm
  • Temporary Part Time: Tuesday 10:00am - 6pm, Thursday 4:30pm - 7:30pm, Friday 10:00am - 3pm
  • Permanent Part Time: Thursday 10:00am - 3:00pm, Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting others and have a strong understanding of the person-centered and active support approach. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Clear criminal record (paid by CLS)
  • Class 5 driver's license with clean driver's abstract
