Senior Identity and Access Management Specialist

Astra North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IAM Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ, OKTA, BeyondTrust PAM, and other related technologies.
- Develop and maintain custom rules, forms, and workflows to ensure seamless access control and certification processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Okta SSO with existing applications, minimizing business impact.
- Establish best practices for assigning applications to user groups and document the process.
- Refine and improve Onboarding and Offboarding workflows and automation.
- Troubleshoot Okta-related issues and work with the Okta support team to resolve.
- Manage BeyondTrust PAM Solution, including user management, asset onboarding, and platform maintenance.
- 6-8 years of experience in IAM, with a strong focus on security and compliance.
- Expertise in SailPoint IIQ, OKTA, BeyondTrust PAM, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of integration, access control, and certification processes.
- Experience with web services frameworks, Java, Spring, J2EE, Apache Tomcat, HTTP, AJAX, REST, SOAP, XML, and large-scale databases.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Bean shell/Java Script programming, and application server management.
