Corporate Controller

Position Overview:
Recruitment Partners is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for the role of Controller. This position is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity of the organization. The successful candidate will exhibit both technical proficiency and leadership capabilities. Reporting directly to the executive team, the Controller will oversee comprehensive accounting functions, including detailed job costing analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of monthly financial reports and conduct thorough job costing analysis.
- Supervise the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate corporate accounting reconciliations and manage month-end closing processes.
- Drive process enhancements, lead special projects, and undertake additional responsibilities as necessary. Experience with ERP system/module implementation is advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a CPA designation.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical accounting and proficiency in Excel.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to work.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to adapt to evolving circumstances and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in manufacturing or construction sectors is a plus.
- Ability to commence work promptly.
