Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Red Angel Liquor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and stocking of merchandise, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and that our inventory levels are optimized.
- Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement, including promoting new products and services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to management on how to improve sales performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, team player, initiative, and ability to work in a team environment
