Job Summary:We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Caseworker to manage assigned projects and cases, providing exceptional support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies. As a Caseworker, you'll be responsible for implementing call-centre programs, administering case-management protocols, and providing telephone support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage assigned projects and cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Implement call-centre programs, including provision of patient, healthcare professional, and funding body support.
- Administer case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, and patient follow-up.
- Provide telephone support, addressing funding and access issues, compliance programs, and other patient-related concerns.
- Document all activities in program-specific databases.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless case management and support.
- Medical or healthcare knowledge or experience.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service.
- Ability to multitask, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
