Program Manager, Quality Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management plans to ensure compliance with City policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
  • Manage and oversee lease agreements, security/access control, and work control center services.
  • Prepare and review specifications, cost estimates, plans, and related contract documents.
  • Ensure knowledge of and compliance with corporate purchasing policy.
Requirements:
  • 7 years of recent related experience in planning, design, construction, consultant administration, contract administration, and operations and maintenance of City infrastructure.
  • University degree in a relevant discipline or business administration, or diploma in Facility Management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess impact of maintenance planning and operation-related risks and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
