About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at our Sherwin-Williams store in Grande Prairie. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Ensure accurate sales transactions and maintain accurate work order files and formulas
  • Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse and tint and mix them to customer specifications
  • Stock shelves, set up displays, clean store equipment, and load and unload trucks
  • Assist with deliveries as needed
Requirements
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Able to distinguish between colors
  • Able to operate a computer and communicate via phone
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to speak a second language
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service
