Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Customer Service teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that our guests receive exceptional customer service and have an unforgettable experience.
  • Supervise and train the Customer Service teams to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Monitor and improve our operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests and team members.
  • Participate in employee training and development programs to ensure our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements

  • College diploma in tourism, hospitality, administration, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of other languages are assets.
