Director of Diversity and Inclusion

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to join our team as Director, Diversity, Inclusion and Community. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the Nicotine & Cannabis category, driving business growth, and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute category strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
- Build and maintain relationships with category vendors and external partners
- Stay up-to-date on Nicotine & Cannabis laws and regulations
- Use data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Own the financial forecasting and performance of the category
- Post-graduate education and/or accredited designation(s) an asset
- 5+ years of experience in retail merchandising, strategy, marketing, business development, and/or business management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
