Convenience Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convenience Store Manager to join our team at Dépanneur Sprint. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store and gas bar.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and optimize sales.
- Merchandise Procurement: Source and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and create schedules to meet business needs.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and control stock to minimize waste and optimize sales.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, deposits, and reconciliations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Language: Fluency in French.
