At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry by putting people first. We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Client Success Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional client experiences.

About the Role

  • As a Client Success Specialist, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing ongoing support and recommending cost-saving solutions to optimize their fleet productivity.
  • You'll work closely with internal teams to develop account strategies that meet our customers' needs and goals.
  • With your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, you'll take ownership of client issues and provide expert advice to resolve inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and French
  • 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience in a B2B service environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
