Commercial Sales Manager (Vans) Job Opportunity

Zanchin Automotive Group, a leading network of dealerships, is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager (Vans) to join our team.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the commercial vans segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for commercial vans in the B2B sector
  • Recruit, hire, and manage a team of sales consultants and other sales team members
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
Requirements
  • 5 years of proven B2B experience in a dealership facility or commercial vehicle industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in working with ERP systems (i.e., CDK/Reynolds)
  • Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
  • Valid OMVIC License
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and strategic
  • Ability to maintain professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • Desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Proven commitment to quality of work
