Shift Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Team Lead to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the daily activities of staff members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
As a Shift Team Lead at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet customer demands. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
