Customer Service Manager - Desjardins Agent Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Manager - Desjardins Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the office, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including general organization, deflection of calls to the agent and sales team, and training on new initiatives.
  • Assist with claims follow-up, pivoting to other lines of business, and ordering of office and marketing supplies.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their goals, including training on new initiatives and providing feedback on sales performance.

Requirements:
