Construction Division Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Specialized Products Division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and operations of the division, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an annual business plan (budget) that aligns with our company's strategic objectives
- Conduct effective production management and inventory control processes
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
- Develop and support a respectful work environment that promotes diversity and equality
- Manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
- Proven experience in management of a business or division, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong management skills, including decision-making, negotiation, project management, and leadership
- Knowledge of lumber and building supplies is an asset, as is experience in building, construction, or project management
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet
