Position Overview: Reporting to the Agro Manager, the Facility Operations Support is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while enhancing diagnostic agronomy and interpersonal skills. This role offers valuable insights into the sales, operational, and administrative aspects of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading products, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Assisting customers in locating items and providing assistance as needed.
  • Managing incoming calls and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the facility.
  • Delivering products efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class 5 or higher driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of agricultural products is essential.
  • Preference for candidates pursuing or holding a diploma or degree in Agricultural programs.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment alcohol and substance test.
  • Provision of a clean Drivers Abstract during the recruitment process.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment Driver Evaluation by a designated third-party.
  • Experience in the agriculture sector is advantageous.
  • Physical capability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting over 55 lbs regularly.
  • Forklift and skid steer operation experience is beneficial.
  • Strong customer service skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to new technologies.
  • High integrity and work ethic.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to respond promptly in a dynamic setting.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Availability: Must be available for days, evenings, and weekends during peak seasons.

Internal candidates will be prioritized based on seniority, ability, and fitness for the role.
