Position Overview

As a Chef de Partie at LOCA Management Ltd., you will play a crucial role in our culinary operations, overseeing a dedicated team of kitchen professionals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate innovative cooking techniques and utilize new kitchen equipment effectively.
  • Supervise and guide the activities of specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen personnel.
  • Instruct kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events, including banquets.
  • Oversee the work of cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure high standards.
  • Regularly prepare and cook meals or specialty dishes for guests and functions.
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Lead and instruct team members to enhance their culinary skills.
