Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Imperial Immigration and Recruitment Inc.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Management: Review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • HR Support: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, determine eligibility to entitlements, and arrange staff training.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
Work Environment

The Human Resources Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
