About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Banff Gondola. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
  • Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with our events team to provide customized catering services for special events and functions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
