About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to ensure the long-term success of the organization.
    • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
    • Establish and maintain financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Administrative Oversight
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs to drive business growth.
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Human Resources Planning
    • Develop and implement human resources strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Establish and maintain employee relations policies and procedures.
    • Oversee recruitment, training, and development programs.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • College or CEGEP degree in a related field.
    • Experience
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate controller role.
    • Skills
      • Strong financial management and analytical skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
