Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team at Les Residences Unique Sherbrooke 2023. As a Medical Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: You will have a strong foundation in education, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge in patient care.
  • Certifications and Licenses: You will hold a Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate and a CPR Certificate, ensuring you are equipped to handle emergency situations.
  • Security and Safety: You will undergo a criminal record check, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking, and will be able to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: You will possess excellent oral communication skills, strong judgement, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience: While experience is an asset, we are open to training the right candidate.
  • Financial Benefits: You will be eligible for a bonus and will work a permanent position with 80 hours bi-weekly.
