Job Overview: As a Cosmetics Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients across various beauty categories including Colour, Skincare, and Fragrance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Welcome every client with enthusiasm and provide knowledgeable assistance to meet their beauty needs. Offer personalized product recommendations and, when necessary, perform makeovers to enhance their experience.
  • Training & Development: Facilitate comprehensive brand training for team members and actively seek to expand your own product knowledge. Collaborate with fellow consultants to enhance team performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist in managing inventory effectively and communicate any concerns to management. Stay informed about in-store events and promotions, and participate in initiatives aimed at minimizing loss.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
