The Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre is seeking a highly skilled Eating Disorder Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, develop and implement intervention plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies to children, adolescents, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify child, adolescent, and family strengths and challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that incorporate education, coping strategies, and compliance.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Family-Based Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care and navigate service delivery.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Masters of Social Work or Clinical Counselling degree from an accredited institution.
  • Registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers or equivalent governing body.
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health, eating disorders, and evidence-based therapies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
