Job Summary:

9Round - Mississauga is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kickboxing Fitness Coach to join our team. As a Kickboxing Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy kickboxing workouts to our members, while also providing exceptional customer service and sales skills to convert first-time workouts into long-term memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training: Provide personalized attention to members during workouts, explaining and demonstrating exercises to ensure an effective and engaging experience.
  • Sales: Convert first-time workouts into members of 9Round Nation by showcasing the benefits of our kickboxing fitness program and building strong relationships with our members.
  • Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, adhering to our scheduled cleaning program to ensure a safe and healthy space for our members.

Requirements:

  • Proficient sales skills and ability to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others to reach their fitness goals.
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical fitness and a commitment to living a healthy lifestyle.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns is an asset.
