About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Innovation team at Farm Mutual Re. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining current dashboards and developing new ones to analyze data and enable decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports for internal and external partners
  • Develop new data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support business decisions
  • Analyze data to answer key questions from internal or external partners
  • Assist with the design, development, and monitoring of data pipelines, transformations, and data modeling
  • Support data literacy initiatives at the company
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst with a strong foundation in data modeling and analytics
  • Experience with data languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik, PowerBI, and Tableau
  • Exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, analyze, and present datasets
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile Frameworks
