Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist

Circulate Cardiac and Vascular Care is seeking a skilled Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Ultrasound Equipment: Utilize advanced ultrasound imaging equipment to produce and record high-quality images of the heart and vascular system.
- Monitor Examinations: Evaluate the quality and consistency of diagnostic images, making adjustments to equipment as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Record and Store Images: Accurately record, store, and process scanned images using a camera unit connected to the ultrasound equipment.
- Provide Patient Care: Offer personalized assistance to patients during treatments, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Prepare Examination Reports: Compile and prepare detailed examination reports for physicians, providing critical information for diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintain Equipment: Regularly check and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure proper operation and optimal performance.
- Organize Business Operations: Assist in the organization of day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Certifications: Possess current certifications in CRCS (Canadian Registered Cardiac Sonographer), American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers Certification, and Canadian Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers Registration.
- Area of Specialization: Demonstrate expertise in adult echocardiography and exercise stress testing.
- Security and Safety: Meet the requirements for bondability and maintain a high level of security and safety awareness.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, withstanding physical demands and maintaining attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, and reliability.
