Job Description

**About the Role**

OPSIS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our water treatment facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure the proper functioning of pumping and treatment equipment in accordance with established procedures.
  • Monitor and control treatment processes to ensure optimal results.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance, repair, and calibration of equipment and installations.
  • Select and evaluate specialized suppliers and coordinate their on-site interventions.
  • Prepare technical reports for clients.
  • Supervise a small team of technicians.

**Requirements**

  • Hold a DEP in Electromechanical Systems Automation or Industrial Mechanics.
  • Have 5 years of experience in industrial mechanics.
  • Have a training in water treatment (an asset).
  • Be proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Have experience in prioritizing tasks and managing personnel.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and a vehicle.
