Job Title: Construction Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Senior Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group.

Job Summary:

The Construction Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, direction, control, and evaluation of daily construction operations. This includes preparing contracts, negotiating revisions, and managing reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily construction operations.
  • Construction Specialization: Industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects.
  • Area of Specialization: Project management.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics, and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction project management.
