Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork among staff members.
- Customer Service and Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Operations and Administration
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports, providing accurate and timely financial information to management.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, customers, and vendors, promoting a culture of respect and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of success in supervising and developing staff.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and complaints in a professional manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
