Siding Helper

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Siding Helper to join our team at Damascus Exteriors Ltd. as an assistant to our experienced siding installers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the installation of vinyl siding, insulating, and roofing materials on various construction sites.
- Work under the supervision of experienced cladders/siding installers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Operate various equipment and machinery, including circular saws, air compressors, air guns, nail guns, drills, and hand tools.
- Participate in on-the-job training tailored to youth to develop skills and knowledge in the siding industry.
As a Siding Helper, you will work in various locations, including high-rise building construction sites and construction sites. You will be exposed to outdoors, at heights, noisy, and dusty environments.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Will train on the job.
- Ability to work under pressure, physically demanding, and handle heavy loads.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
