Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

At Goldfinch Services Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Store Operations: Manage store appearance, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
