Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Securico Security Inc. This is a permanent position requiring a strong background in security operations and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Work
  • Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring prompt and effective response.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring a high level of competence and compliance.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.
Requirements
  • Experience in a security leadership role is an asset.
  • Permanent position with 35 to 37 hours of work per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
