Job Title: Fashion Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team at GLOBAL CHICKS IMPORTING LTD.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating high-quality fashion products, supervising staff, and teaching interest or professional development courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create fashion products that meet the company's standards and expectations.
  • Supervise staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
  • Teach interest or professional development courses to staff and clients.
  • Confer with clients to determine design needs and preferences.
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the fashion industry.
  • High fashion - haute couture experience.
  • Women's clothing design experience.
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Accurate and dependable with a client-focused approach.
