About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Martial Arts Instructor to join our team at BBWTKD Burlington. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts instruction to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective martial arts instruction to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Program Development: Assist in the development and implementation of new martial arts programs and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff members.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair martial arts equipment to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports as required, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse groups, and a strong passion for martial arts.
