About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Magic Autocare. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Research and Problem-Solving

Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other documents to research and implement solutions to complex technical issues.

User Training and Support

Provide expert advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use our systems.

Problem Management and Documentation

Collect, organize, and maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Application Redesign and Development

Participate in the redesign of applications and other software, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Network and Internet Support

Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Equipment Setup and Maintenance

Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.

Backup and Recovery Operations

Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations, ensuring the integrity and availability of our critical systems.

Work Environment and Hours

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
