Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our customer service sales team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the company's mission of making people's lives healthier, safer, and more fulfilling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily activities of the customer service sales team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, develop innovative solutions, and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing or sales environment.
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
