Framing Team Lead

As a Framing Manager at Michaels, you will lead a team of framers in creating exceptional customer experiences while delivering high-quality custom framing solutions. Your expertise in framing and sales will drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coach a team of framers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive custom framing sales.
- Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Partner with Store Managers to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Participate in performance management activities and talent development initiatives.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
- Previous custom framing experience or retail management experience.
- Leadership skills and ability to coach and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Our store is a public retail setting with a climate-controlled environment. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and outdoor work may be required for tasks such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
