At Sterling Drugmart, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, ensuring that customers receive excellent service, and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Assigning sales workers to duties to maximize productivity and efficiency
* Authorizing the return of merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction
* Establishing work schedules to meet business needs
* Selling merchandise to customers, utilizing your product knowledge and sales skills
* Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
* Resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
* Organizing and maintaining inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
* Supervising and coordinating the activities of sales workers to achieve business objectives

In addition to your sales and leadership skills, you will also be responsible for:

* Demonstrating client focus and efficient interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Exhibiting flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
* Maintaining a high level of organization and reliability in your work
* Working collaboratively as a team player to achieve business goals

* Multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve results
