Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient food preparation and serving experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
