Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer - CNC/CMM to join our team at International Rubber Products Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and conducting production, inventory, and quality assurance programs, as well as inspecting processes and setting machine or equipment controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Inspect processes and equipment to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Set machine or equipment controls to optimize production and quality
  • Conduct work measurement and other studies to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop computer applications for machines and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collect and compile operational or experimental data to inform decision-making
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support business operations
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand production requirements
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
