About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Assistant to join our team at B.I.T Sheet Metal Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the fabrication of metal products and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean working environment
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, adhering to quality control standards
  • Perform other labouring and elemental activities as required, working collaboratively with colleagues to meet project deadlines
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with repetitive tasks and heavy lifting
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for overtime, with a 40-hour workweek
Work Environment
