Corporate Receptionist

Brandt is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at our Regina or Moncton Customer Support Center location. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries from clients, candidates, and other parties via phone, email, and in-person
- Refer inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, events, and other logistical activities
- Provide information to staff and clients about special activities and events
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and obtained at the best possible price
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of direct work experience in a receptionist capacity preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
