Generalist Human Resources Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Generalist Human Resources Technician to join our dynamic team at iA Financial Group. As a key member of our HR Employee Contact Center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our employees, retirees, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Support: Provide personalized assistance to employees, retirees, and partners in administrative procedures related to life events, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Perform work in accordance with regulations and policy, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Simplify explanations about the company's payroll, compensation, and benefits, ensuring employees have a clear understanding of their entitlements.
  • Dissatisfaction Management: Manage dissatisfaction, actively seeking solutions while respecting and referring to work policies, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with different teams and HR policies, providing expertise and guidance to ensure seamless support.
  • Quality and Innovation: Demonstrate a willingness to question oneself to influence the quality of work and contribution to the team, embracing opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years' work experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on excellent customer service, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Attention to quality and initiative, knowledge of Workday software (an asset), high level of French both spoken and written, and experience with both Canadian and US companies (an asset).
